We protect our clients' interests in a courteous fashion that insures that the deal is a smooth ride for everyone involved.

If you are purchasing real estate, we find out right away what is most important to you in the transaction. Our analysis begins with the review and/or preparation of a Purchase and Sale Agreement, as well as completing the title search. We can also assist in finding financing by referring you to a number of local lenders. Finally, we will review loan documents and attend the closing to insure that the end result is what you bargained for.

If you are selling real estate, we can assist in the execution of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and act as a liaison between you and the buyer. We can prepare the items needed to complete the transfer, with as little hassle as possible. Finally, we can work with all parties in finalizing the closing in a timely fashion.

We also assist many lenders in the financing of such transactions. We handle the due diligence items required to protect the lender's interest, and ensure that the loan documents are properly drafted, executed, and filed.
