Scott Flegal has been practicing law in Nashua since 1985, and has served on numerous boards and in numerous leadership capacities. Kelly Shanahan has practiced in Nashua since 2002, and worked in Nashua since 1996. We know lots of professionals, and we make sure you find the right accountant, the right insurance professional, and the right lenders and investors.

We're not afraid to tell you what we don't know. We don't try to be all things to all clients. We have a clear understanding of our niche, we stay in it, and we do what we do very well. If your problem demands an additional or entirely different legal perspective, we'll make sure you get it, and we'll make sure it's the right perspective.

For instance, we are not trial lawyers. But not all trial lawyers are created equal. If you decide you need to litigate, we make sure to connect you with the right lawyer for your case. Once we help you establish a relationship with trial counsel, we can remain as involved or uninvolved from that point forward in the case. In any event, we make sure our relationship continues before, during and after the trial.
